Lipscore Product Reviews

For our product reviews, we use “Real Reviews” by Lipscore. Lipscore is committed to preventing fake reviews, customers must have genuinely purchased and received the product before submitting. Regardless of whether reviews are positive or negative, we have no control over their moderation. We can only request that customers edit reviews we feel are unfair or inaccurate or request Real Reviews to remove them in rare instances when inappropriate language has been used.

Product reviews are usually published immediately, occasionally they may be delayed allowing us time to screen them before appearing online. Customers have the option to leave a star rating and written description with the option to include an image if desired.

Product reviews should be focused primarily on the product itself. Delivery delays that are outside of our control are generally not considered relevant. In such cases, their reviews will be re-categorised as service-level reviews.

Trust Pilot Service Reviews

For service-level reviews about Vampire Vape we use Trust Pilot, and we’ve had over 17,000 five-star reviews to date. We are incredibly thankful to all our customers for taking the time to provide continuous feedback, which we use to benchmark our performance.

Trustpilot is one of the most well-known review platforms in the UK, and as they state, it is "Built on honesty and transparency, Trustpilot is the people's choice for reviews."

Like Lipscore, we have no control over review moderation. All reviews are 100% authentic and reflect our customers’ genuine experiences. If we feel a review violates Trustpilot's guidelines, such as containing inappropriate content or being untrue. We may request that Trustpilot's moderation team assess them accordingly.

Only you, our customers can edit your reviews. We respond to 99% of negative reviews as quickly as possible in attempt to provide clarity, to show we’re listening, and to resolve any outstanding issues.

Vampire Vape is committed to receiving 100% genuine reviews. Fake reviews offer little benefit to either us or our customers. We appreciate our customers’ honest feedback; this helps us adjust our product listings and improve our own brand products and services to meet customer needs and expectations.
