Delivery Information

Our Vampire Vape warehouse and fulfilment centre operates 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays and Christmas). We typically dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed. You must place your order before 8pm Monday to Friday and 12-noon Saturday to Sunday for same day dispatch. Orders after the cut-off times will be dispatched the following day.

We are legally obligated to ensure that all customers purchasing from Vampire Vape are 18 years of age or older. When placing your first order, we use Age Checked to verify your age. These checks are conducted after your order has been completed on the order confirmation page. If we are unable to verify your age, we cannot dispatch your items until you have verified with Age Checked. We cannot be held liable for any delays to your order caused by this process. DPD Next Working Day Delivery

• Order before 8pm Mon-Thurs to be delivered next working day (Mon-Fri exc. Bank Holidays). For weekend delivery please select DPD Saturday.
• Fully tracked service with a 1-hour delivery window, collection point, and safe place options.
• Signature required, or safe place option available.

DPD Saturday Delivery

• Order before 8pm Mon-Fri to be delivered that Saturday. If unsuccessful, delivery is reattempted the following Saturday.
• Fully tracked service with a 1-hour delivery window, collection point, and safe place options.

Please Note

At our discretion, we may upgrade your postage option, for example, for orders of significant value or heavy items. We will not charge you any extra postage fees for these orders.

We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days following dispatch, please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.

All times stated are estimated and are conditional on normal operating procedures. On occasion, forces outside our control can disrupt those normal operating procedures, which may affect delivery time.

Delivery to Ireland, the Highlands, and the Islands may take longer than usual. Orders with Disposables or Prefilled kits will be shipped via EVRI, while other products will be shipped using either Royal Mail or EVRI.
