WHAT DOES THE DISCOUNT APPLY TO?
The 25% discount applies to all e-liquids and excludes any existing offers, bundle offers, taster packs, Dot Pro pods, kits and hardware. This discount will not work in conjunction with any other discount codes.
WHAT IDENTIFICATION DO WE ACCEPT?

No, all products purchased with your Blue light Card must be intended for your use only and must not to be sold on to any third party.
WHY HAS MY BLUE LIGHT CARD NOT BEEN ACCEPTED?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept an application for this discount if the name on your Blue Light Card does not match the name on your Vampire Vape account. Please ensure you use your own account, or create a new account for yourself if you do not have one, before submitting your Blue Light Card. If you need any further assistance regarding your account or application, contact our customer service team.
WHY CANT I SEE ANY DIFFERENCE?
Once you have received your confirmation email you will need to log out of your account, and then log back in to see the discounted prices. If you need any help with this please contact our customer service team.
WHY CANT I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Once you are a verified member of the Blue Light Card you will be unable to change your shipping address as this is the address linked to your Blue Light Card. However if you do need to change your address, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to change this for you.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE SHIPPING SERVICE?
Yes, we offer a free UK delivery service on all 10ml e-liquid and orders over £20. You can still select next day and Saturday delivery, but this will be charged at the standard rate.
Delivery of goods will only be made to the address you have registered with.
