Update : 27/04/2020
The health and safety of our customers, colleagues and suppliers remains a top priority for us at Flavour Warehouse, and as we navigate through these unprecedented times, we want to continue to serve you without compromising the safety of our colleagues. All of our retail stores are closed until further notice, and our office staff are working from home wherever possible. We continue to provide an online ordering service and would like to let you know what we are doing to operate as safely as possible.

In line with Government guidelines we have implemented some strict social distancing measures in our operations. We have expanded our shift patterns, increased flexibility of hours worked, created more working space and adapted our working environment to ensure that all our colleagues continue to operate in a safe environment. We have increased the frequency of breaks, reducing the number of people that occupy common areas and introduced even more strict cleaning schedules. We have made several adjustments to eliminate the number of touch points such as door handles, and installed additional hand sanitiser dispensers throughout our factory and office. By reducing the number of people operating in each shift, we have been able to successfully achieve safe social distancing measures.

We have temporarily stopped all external visitors to our site and all unnecessary travel and continue to share regular updates with our colleagues to ensure they are fully up to speed on the latest Government information and considerate of self-isolation and the advice provided by relevant bodies.

These measures, combined with ongoing extensive work with our supply chains gives us every confidence in continuing to provide the level of service, stock availability and great customer service that you are accustomed to throughout this period.

We already follow GMP and ISO practices, and always maintain the highest standards of hygiene throughout our manufacturing and distribution facilities.

We will however, be closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and you can be assured that these wont be the last measures you will see us taking to protect you and our colleagues and we will continue to update you on these over the coming days and weeks.

Our colleagues have risen brilliantly to the challenges of recent days, but this challenge is unprecedented and inevitably, we will learn as we go - we’ll be informed by the latest guidance from the Government, and we’ll keep going to serve you as best we can.

We thank you for your continued support. – stay home, stay safe, and leave the delivery to us!
